Applying Product Thinking to a Venture Firm Website Redesign
While interning at Tribeca Early Stage Partners, I contributed to redesigning the firm's website and advancing its LinkedIn presence. The project gave me an early lesson in treating a website as a communication product rather than a purely visual artifact.
A venture firm's audience includes founders, investors, and people encountering the firm for the first time. Each arrives with different questions, so the redesign needed a clear information hierarchy. Researching early-stage companies and assembling investor presentations helped me recognize which ideas required emphasis and how quickly visitors needed to understand the firm's focus.
The work also connected design decisions to trust. Consistent typography, deliberate spacing, and straightforward navigation can make complex information feel more approachable. The same principle carried into social content: a strong visual system makes individual posts recognizable while leaving the message itself room to lead.
This experience helped shape the way I build digital products today. I begin by identifying the audience and the action a page should support, then use design and technology to make that path as clear as possible.
